Limited Warranty
Proposed limited manufacturing-defect coverage for eligible products.
Eligible products
A 12-month limited manufacturing-defect warranty is proposed only for products specifically identified as warranty-eligible on their product page. Consumables, wear items, misuse, modification, and normal wear are excluded.
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number, product SKU, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We may ask for further inspection before deciding on repair, replacement, credit, or refund.
