Limited warranty and term
For a product identified as warranty-eligible on its product page, FIDATORQ provides the original retail purchaser a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the delivery date. If a product page states a different written term, that product-specific term controls.
What is covered
Coverage applies to a defect that existed in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal intended use. Proof of purchase and reasonable information needed to identify and evaluate the product are required.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables, cosmetic change that does not affect function, misuse, overload, incorrect installation, incompatibility, unauthorized modification or repair, corrosion, accident, neglect, improper storage or maintenance, or damage occurring after delivery.
Making a claim
Contact support with the order number, product SKU, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Stop using the product if continued use may be unsafe. We may request diagnostic information or an authorized return for inspection.
Available remedy
After an approved claim, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or provide an appropriate refund. The available remedy depends on the defect, product, inventory and applicable law. Do not discard or return the product before receiving instructions.
Implied warranties and state rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. We do not disclaim implied warranties where federal or state law prohibits doing so. Where permitted, any duration limit on implied warranties will not be shorter than the written limited-warranty period.
