Before delivery

Contact us promptly if your shipping address or order details need review. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Include your order number, product SKU, and relevant photos or video when reporting a delivery issue, incorrect item, or apparent defect.

Do not send a product back before receiving an RMA and approved return instructions from customer support.
