Shipping Policy
Shipping regions, estimated delivery, tracking, and order changes.
United States delivery
We currently serve customers in the United States. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable charges are shown during Shopify Checkout before payment is submitted.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after successful payment authorization. When a shipment is fulfilled, tracking details are sent through Shopify. Contact support before fulfillment if you need to request an order change.
Delivery estimates
Do not rely on a general delivery estimate when a product page or checkout shows a different estimate. Product-specific inventory, carrier service, destination, and warehouse handling can change delivery timing.
