Conditions for using the FIDATORQ United States consumer storefront.

Seller and contact information
The legal seller and transaction details applicable to an order are identified in Shopify Checkout, the order confirmation or the invoice. Contact customer support before purchase if you require the legal entity name, registration information or business address for your records.
Store use
You must provide accurate information, use the storefront lawfully and protect account credentials and verification codes. Automated abuse, interference with security and unauthorized commercial copying are prohibited.
Products, prices and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, compatibility information, USD display and availability accurate, but errors can occur. Shopify controls the live catalog, inventory and final checkout total. Verify specifications, suitability, shipping and the final total before ordering.
Order acceptance and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and fulfillment is confirmed. We may contact you, decline or cancel an order affected by fraud concerns, sanctions, insufficient stock or a material pricing or listing error, and will process any required refund through the original payment method.
Shipping, cancellation and delays
Shipping services, estimates and charges are shown at checkout. Address changes and cancellation requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If we cannot ship within the promised time, the Shipping Policy describes the revised-date, cancellation and refund process.
Returns and warranty
Eligibility is governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, the written Limited Warranty, Shopify return status and applicable law. A request requires review and does not automatically cancel, refund or replace an order.
Safe and appropriate use
Professional tools can cause personal injury or property damage if used incorrectly. Follow product instructions, warnings and workshop safety practices. The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility and using trained personnel where appropriate.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law. Mandatory legal rights prevail if they conflict with these terms.
